DUA'A M. MASHAAL Office Manager Duaa joined the firm in 2008 as our Office Manager. She has a B.A. in Psychology from George Mason University and keeps things running smoothly at Dowell & Dowell. DEBORAH POTES Patent Assistant Debbie joined the firm in 2000. She has a B.A. from the University of Maryland in English and has been an integral part of the firm on both the trademark and patent side.
